LB4000 Asphalt Mixing Plant

The asphalt mixture mixing plant uses four imported shaft-mounted motor reducers as the power to optimize the design of each section of curtain structure, roller outer insulation material and stainless steel plate, effectively prevent heat loss. The burner is atomized with low pressure oil and high pressure air to meet the use of different types of fuel under a variety of operating conditions. The unique front smoke box silencer design greatly reduces the noise pollution on site. It also adopts the large-capacity configuration of the double-layer thermal aggregate silo system, continuous material level indication, fully-enclosed thermal insulation, automatic flash and waste control, and optimized silo structure and material door space to ensure that aggregates are accumulated and weighed. Time is stable and accurate.
